More Details…

With impressive three-part harmonies, a dedication to songwriting, and unwavering optimism, the Nashville-based band High South has developed a dedicated following across Europe, where they’ve been touring regularly there since 2015. Now they’re breaking into the American market with A Change in the Wind, a captivating project that draws comparisons to classic rock bands like the Eagles, Doobie Brothers, and Crosby, Stills and Nash.

The group – composed of Jamey Garner, Kevin Campos, and Phoenix Mendoza – sums up it this way: “As vocalists we are always drawn to harmony. It’s such a naturally pleasing sound that we’re absolutely hooked on — and it was never more prevalent than the 1970s. Every kid learns from their environment and we were all fortunate to have parents that exposed us to the music of this era. In a sense, it’s in our soul.”

DOORS : 9 PM | SHOWTIME : 10 PM

$5 Cover | Must be 21 to Enter

More Details…

FINE LINES

Like Jagger and Richards, Lennon and McCartney, and peanut butter and jelly, some things combined are better than their individual parts. Fine Lines, one of Nashville’s best new rock ’n’ roll bands, is no different. Comprised of two members of Indiana’s hard rock music scene, and two former members of a prodigious Alabama bar band, Fine Lines converged in Music City to make a sound that is both aggressive and soulful, sweet and sour, sticky and smooth.

SOLAR DISCO FORCE

Solar Disco Force (or SDF for short) is a future-funk fighting force comprised of 5 aliens from distant worlds who use their electrofunkadelic jams to wage battle against the lizards from planet Top40. The Lizards want to use their music to turn humans into grooveless zombies, but their not going to let that happen!

Using a combination of original songs and select covers to “speak our language”, Solar Disco Force plans to rally everyone in unison to dance in order to save the world.

SAFE

If you imagine four consummate musicians who play any and everything from Pink Floyd to Black Sabbath, you’ll be in the ballpark.

They are the product of a campfire. Just three random guys who said “Oh hey, we should start a band.”

THE TILLERS & MT. VICTOR REVUE

DOORS : 8 PM | SHOWTIME : 9 PM

$8 Cover | All Ages Until 10 PM

More Details…

THE TILLERS

The Tillers have been thumping their own distinctive sound of string band style folk music for a decade, riding it all over the country and across the sea. Four studio albums and one live record have won them praise as modern folk storytellers of the national soundscape.

MT. VICTOR REVUE

Mt. Victor Revue has been together as a band for about three years. The group consists of Ernie Small on mandolin and vocals, Chris Durbin on banjo and vocals, Eddie Mills on electric and upright-acoustic bass, Bob Zoellner on accordion and melodica, Joel Whittinghill on fiddle, and Bruce Kessler on guitar and vocals. While their instruments are mostly typical of bluegrass bands, the Revue has a sound that can not accurately be described as bluegrass. Their repertoire includes personalized versions of songs from Bob Dylan, The Byrds, and Buffalo Springfield to Billy Joel, Elton John, Alice in Chains, Green Day, and The Black Keys, along with a number of original songs written by members of the band. Whatever it is called – popgrass? – the common theme is fun, fueled by the diversity and camaraderie of the band members and their love of performing.

$5 Cover | Must be 21 to Enter

Purchase Tickets HERE

More Details…

Fat Box plays a unique blend of Rock, Funk, Blues, and Jazz. They occasionally venture into the avant-garde but never lose sight of the groove.

“Southern KY audio anarchists Fatbox return with another red-hot helping of their innovative brand of groove-inflected mayhem on “Wasp”. Featuring the incendiary fretwork of Murf Adams, adventurous sax playing of horn man Ryan Stiles, and quirky-cool vocals of guitarist/keyboardist Clay Powell, this unorthodox collective throws the rulebook out the window, incorporating everything from free-form jazz to jam band improv and dance-floor groove to deliver twelve tracks of unparalleled originality. If Soul Coughing, early Santana and Tower Of Power had a baby mid-wifed by Frank Zappa, it might sound like Fatbox… but probably not.” -Jeffrey Sweeney

RUMPKE MOUNTAIN BOYS

Doors : 9 PM | Showtime : 10 PM

$10 Tickets : Purchase HERE

More Details…

The Rumpke Mountain Boys combine signature vocals, a unique command of string instruments (acoustic guitar, mandolin, upright bass and banjo) and dynamic special effects into a singular musical experience. An emotion filled musical stream of consciousness with no setlist, minimal structure, and intuitive improvisational flow. In this way, they summon the energy of the crowd as their guide in linking just the right music to precise moments in time.

Grateful Dead Hour host David Gans proclaimed, “One of the things I love about the Rumpke Mountain Boys is that there’s a fundamental honesty in their presentation. This is something they share with my other heroes, Donna the Buffalo and the Grateful Dead. They don’t make set lists ahead of time, they don’t rehearse their songs to a fare-thee-well– they perform in real time. All four of them write, which is very important, and they draw songs from a tremendous variety of sources… being a musician is a life-long learning experience, if you’re doing it right, and they are.”
